Refund and Returns

At Esme Journeys, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process, as outlined below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Items being returned must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is damaged, used, or altered in any way.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment, in the case of cash on delivery orders, will be refunded in cash when the returned item is collected.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.
  • Personalized or custom products.
  • Sale or clearance items.

6. Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake made by us (e.g., wrong or defective product).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with details of the issue. We will offer a full refund or replacement for defective or incorrect items, and return shipping will be covered by us.
